System heat is our worst enemy. It strikes fear into our hearts at the mere thought of it. To defeat this evil monster, we have to take many steps to ensure our computers are maintaining a safe temperature. We use thermal grease specially designed for maximum heat dissipation. We add heat sinks to our hottest components. We add fans and sometimes even water and air conditioning units.

Air cooling is the most popular and cheapest form of radiational cooling available. The more fans connected, however, increases the power needed as well as the sound emanating from the box. Cooler Master designed the Aerogate II specifically with fan control and ease of use in mind. With the ability to control four separate fans, as well as monitor temperatures through four distinct probes, this baby does not fail to deliver.
I have become rather satisfied with the packaging Cooler Master supplies for its products. Both the Musketeer and the Aerogate II are protected against jolting and jostling of the box during shipment. The Aerogate II needs a little extra, however. In this case, they have protected the exposed circuitry with a second slice of foam from behind.
