1. Introduction
Samsung is no stranger to the electronic consumer market. Their products have been seen in everything from home entertainment, to mobile phones, computer components and portable electronics. Their focus seems to be in the MP3 arena lately as they have announced that they plan to be the worlds leading MP3 maker by 2007.
With that goal in mind, Samsung released the YP-F1 family into the Korean market in March of 2005. The YP-F1s come in three flavors: V, X and Z. The Vs have 256MB of memory, the X 512MB and the Z 1GB. A year has passed since then and the YP-F1s have now reached the North American market, and today we will be looking at the YP-F1XB version.
